Cwench was formulated by our Chief Performance Officer, Andy O’Brien to provide optimal hydration with zero trade-offs. It includes:   

• 7 Electrolytes: Electrolytes help support hydration in the body. Our formulation contains 7: Sodium, Potassium, Magnesium, Calcium, Chloride, Bicarbonate, and Zinc.
• Celtic Sea Salt: Celtic Sea salt is less processed than other salts, allowing for higher moisture and trace minerals like magnesium, calcium and potassium. Celtic Sea Salt contributes to the Electrolyte content in our formulation.
• 3:1 Sodium to Potassium ratio: The average person sweats a salt ratio of 220 Sodium to 63 Potassium so we designed our product to help replace these electrolytes accordingly.
• 5 Calories Per Serving: Low-calorie product to support both hydration and health.
• Zero Sugar: We use stevia, instead of added sugar, to support both hydration and health.
• Naturally Flavoured and Coloured: We don’t use artificial flavours and colours in our products.
