CWENCH x Popeyes Maritimes Contest Official Rules & Regulation
1. Sponsor
The contest is sponsored by CWENCH Hydration (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The CWENCH x Popeyes Maritimes Contest (the “Contest”) is open only to legal residents of the Province of Nova Scotia.
Employees, representatives, and agents of CWENCH, Popeyes Supplements Maritimes franchise groups, affiliated companies, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members and persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter.
3. Contest Period
The Contest begins at 12:00 a.m. ET on April 29, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on June 22, 2026 (the “Contest Period”).
4. How to Enter
During the Contest Period, all Cizzle Brands (CWENCH/HappiEats/Spoken) purchases made at Popeyes during the contest time frame are entered into the contest. Every purchase of any Cizzle Brands product at participating Popeyes Supplements locations in Quebec will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Contest.

No limit on entries.

Proof of purchase may be required.
No purchase necessary method (if required by law): To enter without purchase, participants may mail a handwritten entry including full name, address, phone number, and email to [insert mailing address]. Limit one mail-in entry per person.
5. Prize
There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won consisting of:

One (1) opportunity to skate with Nathan MacKinnon at a scheduled event organized by CWENCH

One (1) autographed Nathan MacKinnon jersey

Round-trip economy airfare for the winner from a major airport in Halifax to the event location (if required)

Two (2) nights hotel accommodation (standard room, double occupancy)
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): To be determined based on travel location.
Prize must be accepted as awarded. No cash substitution. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. Winner Selection
One (1) potential winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
The draw will take place on or about June 30, 2026 at the Sponsor’s offices.
The selected entrant will be contacted by phone and/or email and must respond within forty-eight (48) hours to maintain eligibility.
7. Skill-Testing Question
As required by Canadian law, the selected entrant must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question before being declared the winner.
8. Travel Conditions

Travel dates will be determined by the Sponsor based on the scheduled skating event.

Winner must hold valid travel documents.

Travel is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply.

If the winner resides within reasonable driving distance of the event location, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute airfare with ground transportation.
CWENCH is not responsible for travel delays, cancellations, or event rescheduling.
9. Publicity Release
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow CWENCH and its promotional partners to use their name, likeness, image, and city of residence for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Contest.
All decisions of the Sponsor are final.
The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations.
