Cwench was formulated by our Chief Performance Officer, Andy O’Brien to provide optimal hydration with zero trade-offs. It includes:   

• 7 Electrolytes: Electrolytes help support hydration in the body. Our formulation contains 7: Sodium, Potassium, Magnesium, Calcium, Chloride, Bicarbonate, and Zinc.
• Celtic Sea Salt: Celtic Sea salt is less processed than other salts, allowing for higher moisture and trace minerals like magnesium, calcium and potassium. Celtic Sea Salt contributes to the Electrolyte content in our formulation.
• 3:1 Sodium to Potassium ratio: The average person sweats a salt ratio of 220 Sodium to 63 Potassium so we designed our product to help replace these electrolytes accordingly.
• 5 Calories Per Serving: Low-calorie product to support both hydration and health.
• Zero Sugar: We use stevia, instead of added sugar, to support both hydration and health.
• Naturally Flavoured and Coloured: We don’t use artificial flavours and colours in our products.

No! Cwench Hydration is 100% sugar-free. We use Stevia, a naturally derived sweetener, to provide a light sweet taste.

We don’t use sugar because sugary drinks cause glucose spikes (and therefore, sugar crashes). By having a steady stream of electrolytes, vitamins, and minerals entering your bloodstream–without sugar–your body can take advantage of the benefits of steady, optimal hydration.

Cwench Hydration Mix is NSF Certified for Sport. This certification ensures:

• Products do not contain any of the 290 substances banned by major athletic organizations
• The contents of the supplement actually match what is printed on the label
• There are no unsafe levels of contaminants in the tested products

We take great pride in Cwench being a clean and nutritious hydration solution. It contains 7 electrolytes and additional ingredients to support your hydration needs. Pour 1 scoop of Cwench Hydration Mix in 375-500mL of water. Feel free to add more or less to meet your desired taste and enjoy across your all-day hydration needs like performance, school/study, work, travel, and wellness.

We offer standard shipping of 3-6 business days, and our processing time for most orders is 1-2 business days. However, as with athletes, rest and recovery is important for us too so orders do not ship on weekends or statutory holidays. Also, please note that we do not control the weather or international affairs. So, while we try to make sure you get your orders on a timely basis, shipping delays may happen.

For retail customers, we offer free shipping on orders of $100.00 or more. For orders below $100.00, the shipping rates will appear at the time of your order. For wholesale orders, we offer free shipping on orders of $500.00 or more. For orders below $500.00, the shipping rates will appear at the time of order. Eligibility for free shipping will be calculated based on the order subtotal (after discounts, before taxes and shipping).
